Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

 

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.

Process:

 

1. Contact customer service at returns@siaclothing.com for a Return Authorization.

 

2. Include the order number and reason for return.

 

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

 

Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges: Contact customer service for assistance with exchanges at exchanges@sia.clothing

 

International Return Policy

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

 

Customs and Duties: Sia Clothing is not responsible for any customs or duties fees.
